Prepare your export

STEP 01 / GET A COPY

Request your Grok data export

Afterimage needs the export because it contains your Imagine catalog and the local image files Grok makes available.

  1. Open Grok on the web or mobile and sign in to your own account.
  2. Open Settings and look for Data Controls (it may be labeled Data).
  3. Choose the option to download your data. Grok’s labels may change as its interface is updated.

Grok may need time to prepare the download.Wait for Grok to tell you it is ready. Afterimage does not log in to Grok and will never ask for your Grok password or account credentials.
